What you will do

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to leadership, including calendar management and task completion.
• Manage inventory and order supplies for the bank.
• Coordinate travel, bank visits for regulators and Board members, and conference room scheduling.
• Prepare expense reports for senior management and C-Suite executives.
• Develop and maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems.
• Assist in creating professional quality reports and presentations.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as an administrative assistant strongly preferred.
• High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Access, and project management software.
• Ability to use AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) for research, summarization, and workflow efficiency.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle confidential information.
