What you will do

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for the public API and third-party integration ecosystem.
• Manage the Public API Update and Change Management policy to ensure minimal disruption.
• Collaborate with external partners to identify and build new platform connections.
• Define and monitor platform health, adoption, and API usage metrics.
• Partner with the Design Council to maintain consistency in the design system and information architecture.
• Communicate roadmap progress and strategic plans directly to executive leadership.

Requirements

• 7+ years of Product Management experience, specifically with public APIs or developer platforms.
• U.S. citizenship required with proof needed during the hiring process.
• Must be based in the United States for the duration of the role.
• Strong technical fluency to collaborate effectively with engineering on API architecture.
• Experience working in metrics-driven, fast-paced startup environments.
• Ability to collaborate across distributed teams in different time zones.
