What you will do

• Define and execute a multi-year platform product strategy for shared services including AI, APIs, data platforms, and security.
• Lead the transition toward a unified cloud platform by driving convergence and scalable architecture decisions.
• Build, manage, and develop a high-performing team of platform product managers.
• Establish product governance and prioritization frameworks to enable collaboration between platform teams and product lines.
• Drive ecosystem strategies by improving APIs, integration frameworks, and developer experiences for customers and partners.
• Partner with engineering and executives to deliver measurable platform outcomes and champion non-functional requirements.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in product management, including 5+ years leading teams.
• Significant experience owning platform, infrastructure, or developer-focused products.
• Proven success leading platform consolidation or re-platforming initiatives.
• Strong understanding of APIs, data architecture, and B2B SaaS for large regulated organizations.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to align cross-functional stakeholders around shared priorities.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development workflows, LLM-powered products, or agentic AI experiences.

Nice to have

• Experience with revenue management, pricing, CPQ, contracts, or channel management.
• Knowledge of composable/headless architectures, event-driven platforms, or marketplace strategies.
