Salary: $207,000 – $244,000

What you will do

• Define the vision and roadmap for the design system and frontend platform, aligning platform investments with company initiatives.
• Evolve the design system into composable building blocks with consistent APIs, specifically optimized for AI and LLM-driven experiences.
• Drive global-scale localization and accessibility programs to meet industry standards.
• Partner with the AI team to implement agentic patterns for next-generation product experiences.
• Manage the go-to-market strategy and adoption of design system changes while triaging quality issues.
• Collaborate in a triad with engineering and design leads to prioritize high-impact work across the product surface.

Requirements

• 4-8+ years of product management experience with direct ownership of a design system or frontend platform.
• Strong product taste and the ability to maintain high quality and consistency across multiple teams.
• Builder's mindset with the ability to create prototypes and demos using the team's component blocks.
• Systems thinking regarding how components, tokens, and frontend infrastructure cascade across the product.
• Ability to translate technical frontend investments into clear business value for leadership.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.
