Principal Product Manager (API Marketplace)

What you will do

• Define the structure, packaging, and pricing of HTS API Marketplace capabilities across a diverse product portfolio.
• Coordinate with capability PMs to translate technical roadmaps into externally-consumable, enterprise-grade API products.
• Own the commercial model, including take rate structures, platform vs. variable fees, and enterprise packaging.
• Design the end-to-end developer and partner experience, including API specifications, documentation, and onboarding flows.
• Utilize AI tools and vibe coding for rapid prototyping of workflows and mock APIs to test ideas before engineering hand-off.
• Manage the marketplace revenue P&L, tracking GBV and unit economics in partnership with Finance.

Requirements

• 7+ years of Product Management experience with a proven track record of building 0-to-1 products from concept to launch.
• Demonstrated experience building developer-facing or B2B marketplace products and owning API product design.
• AI-native working style, using LLMs as first-line tools for building demos and proof-of-concepts.
• Strong understanding of marketplace economics, including take rates and supply-side incentives.
• Fluency with SQL and experience working with large-scale transactional or operational datasets.
• Must be based in Brazil.

Nice to have

• Experience in travel commerce (lodging, cars, flights) or adjacent industries like fintech or ads.
• Background in connectivity, distribution, or supplier technology (GDS, OTA APIs).
• Prior professional experience in Engineering or Data Science.
• Familiarity with auction mechanics, dynamic pricing, or recommendation models.
