What you will do

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for the two-sided marketplace ecosystem.
• Optimize discovery, search, and installation paths to ensure seamless integration for developers.
• Define quality standards, guardrails, and versioning mechanisms to maintain catalog trustworthiness.
• Instrument the marketplace with metrics to drive data-informed product decisions.
• Position the marketplace as the primary distribution layer for agent-driven development.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Partnerships to recruit developers and balance supply and demand.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience in developer tools or marketplaces.
• Proven track record of building and growing two-sided surfaces like app stores or integration ecosystems.
• Strong product instincts for agentic and code-first integrations.
• Ability to work asynchronously and make decisions in writing.
• Hands-on approach to building and testing integrations from both partner and developer perspectives.
• Proficiency in using AI tools to streamline research and synthesis tasks.
