What you will do

• Own the strategy and roadmap for API, MCP, and headless workflow surfaces serving both humans and AI agents.
• Define programmatic contracts, alert queues, and extensibility models for sophisticated customers and agentic systems.
• Manage non-functional requirements as primary product goals, focusing on scale, performance, reliability, and security for Tier 1 banks.
• Define product requirements for agentic workflows including analyst assist, auto-sampling, and automations.
• Partner with Engineering, AI/ML, and Data Science to translate customer pain into a defensible product roadmap.
• Mentor other product managers on platform and agentic thinking through technical influence.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience with a track record of shipping enterprise-scale products.
• Proven ownership of developer-facing API surfaces or extensibility layers.
• Experience owning non-functional requirements (scale, security, reliability) as a product manager.
• Experience with enterprise SaaS products in regulated industries.
• Ability to lead through technical authority and influence without direct reports.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience in financial services, compliance, or legal technology.
• Track record of commercializing AI or ML capabilities into product value and pricing.
• Experience managing both UI and developer-facing surfaces simultaneously.
• Familiarity with agent frameworks, MCP, or bring-your-own-model extensibility.
