Salary: $118,305 - $164,227

What you will do

• Provide strategic oversight and day-to-day management of a mission-critical VA healthcare cloud application.
• Lead PI Planning, Sprint Reviews, and executive-level briefings in alignment with SAFe governance.
• Maintain proactive communication with the Contracting Officer's Representative and government leadership.
• Oversee resource allocation, personnel management, and continuity of service across various contract types.
• Perform as a Hiring Manager and supervisor, fostering corporate culture and professional development.
• Ensure compliance with VA policies, training requirements, and security directives.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident with at least 3 years of residency in the United States.
• Must hold an active Federal Civilian Public Trust clearance.
• 10+ years of experience in program or project management, including 5+ years managing complex federal IT programs.
• Expert knowledge of Agile SAFe environments and DevSecOps delivery models.
• Experience with AWS GovCloud and VA technical governance.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration.
