What you will do

• Guide teams in delivery planning, including definition of scope, success metrics, milestones, RACI, and dependency mapping.
• Execute projects with a bias toward incremental and iterative delivery based on stakeholder feedback.
• Manage expectations and maintain transparent communication flows for all stakeholders.
• Track and report on project velocity, progress, and overall outcomes.
• Build a safe, blame-free environment within teams to facilitate healing and problem-solving.
• Measure team performance and health to drive continuous process improvements and sustainable pace.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Software Project management.
• Strong communication skills for interacting across various departments, levels, and nationalities.
• Experience with the Agile framework, balancing iterative development with leadership's need for clear timelines.
• Knowledge of servant leadership, conflict resolution, facilitation, and team coaching.
• Must be based in the USA; no immigration support or relocation is provided.
