What you will do
- Lead Growth 1 and Growth 2 engineering squads to deliver a shared growth mission and roadmap.
- Partner with Product, Design, and Data leadership to identify technical opportunities and shape strategic priorities.
- Implement and optimize structured experimentation programs, including A/B testing and analytics, to improve user activation and retention.
- Manage and mentor 7-8 engineers, fostering a culture of ownership, analytical thinking, and product-minded engineering.
- Drive engineering excellence by coaching teams on code quality, testing practices, and observability.
- Recruit and hire exceptional engineering talent to scale the Growth organization.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience leading engineering teams as an Engineering Manager or technical leader.
- Proven track record in product-led growth, experimentation, or conversion optimization.
- Deep expertise in designing A/B tests, defining guardrail metrics, and analyzing statistical significance.
- Hands-on experience with analytics and event-data tooling such as Snowflake, Segment, or Growthbooks.
- Experience managing SaaS web application engineering teams.
- Must be based in the USA, Canada, or Mexico.

- Experience with Ruby on Rails and React.
