What you will do

• Lead and scale a first-class engineering team, fostering a collaborative and supportive culture.
• Collaborate with Product to set roadmaps and prioritize deliverables for a delightful customer experience.

• Mentor engineers, providing feedback and structured opportunities for career growth.

• Manage team output across execution, speed, technical excellence, and reliability.

Requirements

• 7+ years of development experience, ideally within a startup environment.
• 2+ years of people-management experience.
• Deep expertise in building APIs and working with distributed systems.
• Proficiency with NodeJS, PostgreSQL, Redis, or similar technologies.
• Strong system-design instincts and knowledge of testing best practices.
• Experience with cloud providers (AWS is a bonus) and OAuth authentication.
