What you will do

• Manage and mentor two engineering teams focused on shared foundational services.
• Collaborate with product and design counterparts to define architecture and product roadmaps.
• Drive technical strategy and ensure high-quality execution across all product touchpoints.
• Facilitate regular 1:1s, goal-setting, and career development for team members.
• Triage inbound requests and manage stakeholder communication across the organization.
• Establish and model modern engineering practices including CI/CD, observability, and DORA metrics.

Requirements

• Proven experience in engineering leadership and people management.
• Strong background in architecture, feature development, and technical planning.
• Ability to communicate complex technical tradeoffs to diverse audiences.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Experience managing conflict and fostering a collaborative, low-ego team culture.
