What you will do
- Own end-to-end recruiting for technical and product roles, from intake and sourcing through screening, process management, and closing.
- Build and manage candidate pipelines using targeted sourcing, outbound outreach, referrals, and recruiting tools (Juicebox, Gem, LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse).
- Partner with hiring managers to define candidate profiles, design structured interview plans, and align on success criteria.
- Run high-volume weekly recruiter screens to assess skills, motivation, and alignment while maintaining a consistent and inclusive candidate experience.
- Lead offer processes for complex technical hires, shaping compensation and closing strategies to win candidates.
- Operate with minimal supervision across multiple concurrent searches, adjusting priorities as business needs evolve.
Requirements
- Significant experience as a full-cycle technical recruiter supporting roles such as software engineers, product managers, security engineers, and data engineering (AI/ML) in high-growth or startup environments.
- Proven sourcing expertise, including creative use of LinkedIn Recruiter and Juicebox and ability to use AI tools to automate profile discovery and outreach.
- Demonstrated success extending, negotiating, and closing complex offers for mid-senior-staff-principal level technical candidates in competitive markets.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, partnering with hiring managers on profiles, interview design, and hiring decisions.
- Clear storytelling skills to articulate ’s mission, products, and technical challenges to diverse candidate audiences.
- High ownership and ability to operate in ambiguity while maintaining quality and pace across multiple searches.
