Location: Hybrid (NYC, SF, London, Berlin) or fully remote if located beyond commuting distance of these offices.

Salary: $172,000 – $258,000 (SF base pay range)

What you will do

• Own the self-serve experience across onboarding, activation, adoption, monetization, and retention for both people and agents.
• Identify high-impact opportunities through customer research, product data, and direct use of Vercel.
• Co-own growth strategy, priorities, hypotheses, and success measures with Product, Engineering, and Data teams.
• Build and test interactive working prototypes using Figma, v0, Cursor, and Claude Code.
• Design and ship experiments, manage implementation, and interpret results to drive durable product improvements.
• Develop reusable design patterns and internal tools to share learnings across the organization.

Requirements

• Portfolio demonstrating strong product design fundamentals and measurable outcomes in improving shipped products.
• Experience owning ambiguous, complex projects from problem framing through launch and iteration.
• Ability to form useful hypotheses and interpret quantitative and qualitative evidence with data partners.
• Proficiency in building interactive prototypes independently using modern AI tools (prompting, working near code).
• Deep care for interaction details, edge cases, language, accessibility, and recovery.
• Experience collaborating directly with Product, Engineering, and Data to explain tradeoffs and seek early feedback.

Nice to have

• Experience shipping AI or agent-based experiences.
• Engineering background or experience contributing production web code.
• Experience designing developer tools, infrastructure, or other technical products.
