What you will do

• Lead end-to-end design of complex initiatives from discovery and hypothesis framing to final delivery.
• Craft multi-step, data-dense user journeys, including dashboard analytics and information architecture.
• Design human-centered interactions for AI features to make automated risk predictions intuitive and trustworthy.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to define problem statements and align business outcomes with customer needs.
• Contribute to the Risk Cloud design system by proposing new components and documenting interaction patterns.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research to derive actionable insights that influence product direction.

Requirements

• 3–7 years of experience as a Product or UX Designer on complex B2B software or enterprise SaaS platforms.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including component library structures and interactive prototyping.
• Proven track record of contributing to and expanding design systems at scale.
• Demonstrated ability to define structured, scalable solutions from ambiguous briefs.
• Experience planning and synthesizing user research into clear product design direction.
• Must be based in the United States to support the hybrid workplace model.

Nice to have

• Domain familiarity with GRC, cybersecurity, audit, or enterprise risk management.
• Deep knowledge of web accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA) and inclusive design.
• Experience with design mentorship or internal design operations.
