Senior Product Designer (AI)

Location: Remote within the United States; must be legally authorized to work in the United States

Salary: $170,000–$185,000 per year, with potential equity awards and short-term incentives

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end product design across iOS, iPadOS, Android, web, and native desktop applications.
• Translate complex clinical data and AI model outputs into intuitive, reliable interfaces for clinicians and care teams.
• Create user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using AI tools and advanced prototyping methods.
• Maintain and expand the design system and Figma component libraries across platforms.
• Plan and conduct interviews, observational studies, and usability testing with healthcare professionals.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Clinical AI/ML teams from strategy through deployment.

Requirements

• 6+ years of Product or UX Design experience shipping end-to-end products across web, mobile, and native desktop platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating systems thinking, a clear design process, and solutions for complex, high-stakes user problems.
• Proven ability to conduct and synthesize user research with technical or clinical experts.
• Deep expertise in Figma, design component libraries, modern research tools, platform constraints, and AI-assisted design exploration.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work autonomously in fast-paced, ambiguous environments across global time zones.
