L6 Senior Product Designer (AI)

Location: Remote across the United States or Canada; optional offices in Austin and San Francisco, United States.

Base salary: $170,000–$210,000 USD per year; Canadian offers are calibrated to local market rates.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end design for hirify.globalOS workflows covering onboarding, calendars, reservations, pricing, guest communication, payments, and reporting.
• Translate complex operational problems into simple, fast, and usable interfaces for property managers.
• Lead discovery, user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity design, prototyping, polish, launch, and post-launch iteration.
• Shape AI agent experiences, including autonomous actions, operator supervision, and trust mechanisms.
• Grow the hirify.globalOS design system across responsive web and mobile products.
• Conduct research with operators, mentor mid-level designers, and optimize for activation, adoption, retention, and revenue.

Requirements

• 7–8+ years of product design experience shipping software products.
• End-to-end ownership of complex products or workflows, including demonstrated outcomes.
• Strong systems thinking, technical understanding, communication, and data-informed decision-making.
• Experience evolving design systems, with deep mastery of Figma and modern prototyping tools.
• Experience mentoring mid-level designers and working effectively through ambiguity.
• Design portfolio required for application consideration.

Nice to have

• Experience designing AI-powered products or agentic workflows for business users.
• Background in travel, hospitality, vacation rentals, property management, or operational SaaS.
• Experience with data-heavy interfaces such as dashboards, pricing tools, calendars, or financial products.
• Mobile-first design experience and knowledge of native app and mobile web patterns.
• Experience building prototypes or products in code.
