Senior Product Designer (AI)

Location: Remote-hybrid from the United States, with access to the Boston office or home-based work. Travel of up to 5 days per quarter may be required for team gatherings and other events.

Salary: $146,000–$187,000 annual total target cash compensation, including base salary and bonus target.

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end supplier self-service experience for restaurant partners.
• Design tools and flows for menu management, availability, business information, performance insights, and issue resolution.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Data, UX Research, Analytics, and Supply Operations to identify high-friction supplier actions and define scalable self-service solutions.
• Create user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and prototypes while contributing to the design system.
• Facilitate workshops, critiques, and working sessions to align teams on product investments.
• Use AI-powered tools for prototyping and research synthesis and help improve adoption across the team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a product, UX, interaction, or similar designer, including visual or graphic design experience.
• Ability to design systems that scale across complex customer journeys, edge cases, and future functionality.
• Experience independently identifying opportunities, framing ambiguous problems, and influencing product direction.
• Proficiency with Figma, Claude design, and prototyping tools.
• Experience contributing to robust design systems, with strong storytelling, communication, collaboration, and facilitation skills.
• Must be able to work from the United States and travel up to 5 days per quarter when required. hirify.global does not sponsor work visas or legal permanent residence.

Nice to have

• Experience designing for two-sided marketplaces, especially supply or partner-facing products.
• Experience with account management, administration, back-office tools, or operational workflows.
• Experience in restaurant, catering, delivery, gig, or merchant-focused products.
• Knowledge of service design, journey mapping, Jobs To Be Done, systems thinking, or similar frameworks.
