What you will do

• Execute end-to-end technical production of multi-channel lifecycle campaigns across Email, SMS, Landing Pages, and Direct Mail.
• Maintain and optimize the marketing automation ecosystem to improve workflow efficiencies and data hygiene.
• Integrate embedded platform AI to accelerate copy variation testing and automate QA steps.
• Serve as the final technical gatekeeper to ensure 100% build accuracy and compliance with HIPAA, TCPA, and CAN-SPAM.
• Implement A/B testing frameworks and translate complex technical journey logic into strategic insights.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Marketing Operations building and executing multi-channel campaigns.
• Experience with enterprise Marketing Automation Platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo) and SMS tools (e.g., Twilio).
• Proficiency in SQL for audience segmentation and target querying.
• Experience navigating HIPAA compliance and securely handling Sensitive Personal Information (SPI).
• Experience executing A/B or multivariate testing frameworks directly within automation platforms.
• Must be based in Dallas, Texas.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certification (e.g., Email Specialist or Marketing Cloud Administrator).
• Practical experience leveraging embedded platform AI for automated proofing and dynamic content.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Looker to monitor funnel performance.
