What you will do

• Partner with Account Executives to lead opportunity qualification, demonstrations, PoCs, and RFPs.
• Guide customers on using Twilio APIs to design best-practice technical solutions.
• Conduct technical discovery to understand customer pain points and propose innovative architectures.
• Build and present complex, interactive product demonstrations to various stakeholders.
• Contribute to the Solutions Engineering community via knowledge sharing and reusable materials.
• Identify and resolve internal and external process inefficiencies to improve team effectiveness.

Requirements

• Must be based in Mexico.
• 5+ years of pre-sales experience with complex technical products or 6+ years in technical support/consulting.
• Strong software development knowledge in Backend (Java, C#, Node, Python, PHP) or Web (JavaScript, React, Vue, Angular).
• Proven experience building and working with REST APIs.
• English: Advanced (C1) proficiency required.
• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and cloud architecture.
• Background in Telecom, SIP, Contact Center, or Security.
• Knowledge of professional sales methodologies.
