Salary: $100,000 - $120,000

What you will do

• Serve as the primary HR intake point for all business units, addressing daily questions on policies and programs.
• Coach managers on performance feedback, documentation, recognition, and team management conversations.
• Manage employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, internal mobility, and exits.
• Triage and document employee relations matters, escalating complex cases to Strategic HRBPs.
• Drive the execution of company-wide people programs, including performance evaluations and compensation reviews.
• Use people data (headcount, attrition, engagement) to support action planning and process improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years of HR experience in an HR generalist or HRBP-support capacity.
• Foundational knowledge of employee relations, performance management, and HR operations.
• Knowledge of U.S. employment laws.
• Ability to work onsite regularly in the Iowa office.

Nice to have

• Experience working with a distributed or hybrid workforce.
• Exposure to employee relations case support and documentation.
• Familiarity with HR systems such as ADP, Lattice, or Greenhouse.
• International employment law experience or experience with Employers of Record (EOR).
