What you will do

• Connect post-sale platforms to core business systems to ensure seamless data synchronization.

• Partner with leadership to translate operational visions into scalable platform infrastructure.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA.
• Proven track record leading product managers and managing technical enterprise platforms.
• Hands-on experience architecting or integrating AI-driven tools and natural language processing frameworks.
• Operational familiarity with Salesforce Service Cloud and Gainsight.
• Demonstrated capability connecting customer success platforms to core business infrastructure.
• Strong cross-functional partnership skills to guide engineering teams toward stable builds.
