Salary: $137,000 - $167,000 per year

What you will do

• Provide workforce metrics to HR Business Partners and COEs to translate talent data into actionable business insights.
• Drive the Inclusion & Diversity roadmap by identifying organizational gaps and measuring the impact of initiatives.
• Optimize talent initiatives to improve retention, engagement, and overall organizational performance.
• Support Talent Acquisition initiatives by analyzing hiring trends and the employee value proposition.
• Collaborate with IT to build and drive the adoption of talent dashboards across various organizational levels.
• Partner with the Head of People Analytics to support employee surveys and create executive summaries.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in HRIS, Statistics, Information Systems, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
• Experience analyzing large, diverse datasets using Snowflake or other ETL tools.
• Proficiency in creating dashboards using visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Ability to use Python and its libraries for report automation and generating snapshot data.
• Experience with data management tools, specifically Workday, and data quality assessment/cleanup.
• Must be eligible to access export-controlled information as defined under U.S. export control laws (EAR).
