What you will do

• Manage Visier platform administration, including metric management, tagging, and content organization.
• Develop and maintain self-service dashboards and reporting following a structured content development lifecycle.
• Support data pipelines from Workday through Snowflake to Visier and troubleshoot data load issues.
• Implement systematic data validation processes to ensure accuracy against source-of-truth data.
• Collaborate with People Technology and Data Engineering teams on platform improvements and integrations.
• Utilize AI tools like Claude to accelerate documentation, code generation, and process automation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in quantitative or analytics roles, preferably within HR/People teams.
• 3+ years of experience with BI/Analytics tools such as Visier, OneModel, Workday Prism, or Tableau.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python/R, and ETL pipelines.
• Strong data visualization skills and experience with data governance best practices.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in a related field.
• Direct experience with Visier.
• Working knowledge of Workday HCM.
