What you will do

• Design and maintain data pipelines transforming supply chain data from ERP, procurement, and logistics systems into analytics-ready datasets.
• Develop dashboards in Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to track key supply chain KPIs such as lead time, supplier performance, and capacity utilization.
• Build and maintain data models that support forecasting, scenario planning, and network capacity analysis.
• Partner with Master Data Governance to ensure analytics are built on clean, well-governed item, vendor, and location data.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Logistics, and DC Ops teams to translate business questions into analytical solutions.
• Automate recurring reporting processes and identify data quality issues to resolve root causes cross-functionally.

Requirements

• 8-12 years of hands-on experience in data analytics, analytics engineering, or BI within supply chain or operations.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with modern data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift).
• Experience building ETL/ELT pipelines using tools such as dbt, Airflow, or Fivetran.
• Proficiency with BI/visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker) and a track record of building leadership-facing dashboards.
• Working knowledge of Python or another scripting language for data manipulation and automation.
• Applicant must be a U.S. person (citizen, national, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee) or eligible to obtain required export authorizations.

Nice to have

• Experience applying agentic AI/LLM-based tools to analytics workflows (e.g., automated QA, natural-language querying).
• Experience with data quality and governance tools such as Informatica, Collibra, or Alation.
• Experience building forecasting or optimization models for supply chain or logistics networks.
• Project management experience with PMP or Agile certification.
