What you will do

• Own end-to-end enterprise customer relationships from opportunity identification through solution adoption.
• Build trusted partnerships with CEOs, CIOs, and CTOs across Global 2000 organizations to lead AI strategy and transformation workshops.
• Drive commercial outcomes, including Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and expansion revenue for customized AI modules.
• Design and scope technical solutions for the Forward-Deployed Engineering (FDE) team to build.
• Serve as the primary coordination point between the Customer, FDE, Engineering, Product, Sales, and Customer Success.
• Identify opportunities to graduate customer-specific solutions into scalable platform capabilities.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in enterprise technology, digital transformation, consulting, or solutions leadership.
• Proven track record of hitting commercial targets and influencing C-suite stakeholders in Fortune 500/Global 2000 organizations.
• Experience in Challenger or Consultahirify.global sales motions.
• Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, enterprise software, and modern cloud data architectures.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced technical degree preferred.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with enterprise SaaS platforms and Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE) models.
• Background in supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing operational technology environments.
• Experience in product management and product strategy leadership.
• Experience deploying and managing AI agents and cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
