What you will do

• Perform product design, solid modeling, and generate precise manufacturing drawings and reviews.
• Conduct mechanical and nodal analysis, rotor dynamics, structural analysis, and bearing life calculations.
• Develop performance testing protocols and evaluate field feedback to implement product improvements.
• Create bills of materials and product costing using SolidWorks, EPDM, and Visual ERP systems.
• Collaborate with the manufacturing department to identify and correct production issues via Kaizen events.
• Provide technical support for sales efforts and product quoting activities.

Requirements

• BS in Mechanical Engineering (BSME).
• 2 to 4 years of professional experience in mechanical engineering.
• Proof of US Citizenship (NOFORN requirement).
• Knowledge of noise, vibration, and harshness principles as applied to rotating machinery.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently with high accuracy.

Nice to have

• Experience with Solidworks and ANSYS Mechanical.
• Familiarity with electric motors.
• Experience working in a LEAN environment.
