Salary: $95,000–$145,000 Annually

What you will do

• Provide technical leadership to cross-functional and cross-site engineering teams for production and development programs.
• Manage budget and technical execution for internal research and development (IRAD) programs.
• Develop new product requirements through customer consultation and trade studies.
• Lead bid and proposal efforts, including scope definition, scheduling, and engineering cost estimates.
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers on the design and production of space propulsion hardware.
• Contribute to conceptual design and analysis for rocket engine and propulsion system development.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical, Aerospace, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering.
• 5+ years of project engineering experience with a proven track record of project completion.
• 3+ years of experience leading technical projects or initiatives.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. DoD Security Clearance and access U.S. export-controlled information.
• Ability to work onsite in Niagara Falls, NY.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).

Nice to have

• Master of Science in a related engineering discipline.
• Previous experience supporting propulsion hardware.
