Location: Hybrid schedule working out of North Olmsted, OH or Maumee, OH offices (remote days on Mondays and Fridays)

Salary: $105,000 - $165,000 USD

What you will do

• Lead and manage COE simulation-driven design and R&D activities.
• Develop and implement a simulation technology roadmap to close capability gaps and enable product innovation.
• Implement modal based systems engineering, digital twins, and predictive maintenance strategies.
• Support new product development team with DFMEA validation through Multiphysics simulations.
• Deliver custom simulation training, performance plans, and mentoring programs for the engineering team.
• Manage the implementation of high-performance computing (HPC) hardware infrastructure and resources.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in CAE simulation and technology implementation.
• Hands-on experience with ANSYS Mechanical is required.
• Proficiency in 3-D CAD (SolidWorks preferred).
• Track record of driving simulation-led design decisions at the system and component levels.
• Must be based in or able to work from the North Olmsted, OH or Maumee, OH offices.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Spanish and/or Mandarin.
