What you will do

• Serve as the primary HR contact for employees and managers regarding policies, benefits, and employment-related questions.
• Handle routine employee relations and partner with HR leadership on complex workplace investigations.
• Coordinate workforce and talent planning, calibrations, and the annual performance review process.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding while maintaining HRIS data integrity and conducting regular audits.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
• Generate HR metrics and reports for leadership and update HR policies to align with company objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience in employee relations, workforce planning, and compliance.
• Working knowledge of FMLA, ADA, payroll, and benefits administration.
• Authorized to work in the US; no sponsorship provided.
• Experience in a regulated environment (biotech, pharma, or healthcare) is preferred.

Nice to have

• SHRM-CP or PHR certification.
• Advanced degree in a related field.
