Senior Programmer Analyst (Epicor ERP)

TL;DR

Senior Programmer Analyst (Epicor ERP): Managing and developing subsystems within the Epicor ERP system and associated third-party integrations with an accent on software analysis, design, and database maintenance. Focus on implementing Epicor Kinetic tools, writing C#/.NET code, and optimizing SQL queries to ensure business functionality.

Location: Hybrid (Menomonee Falls, WI). Must be based in or be able to work from the Menomonee Falls, WI office 3 days per week (Monday–Wednesday).

What you will do

• Manage, develop, and operate subsystems within the Epicor ERP and integrated third-party software.
• Analyze and repair functional and technical software problems within the ERP ecosystem.
• Design, build, and test new software applications to ensure business functionality.
• Design and maintain databases, including writing SQL queries, views, and stored procedures.
• Collaborate with content managers to update existing applications and create new ones.
• Train users on new software functionality and ensure adherence to IT standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a computer-related field or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of Information Technology experience.
• 3–5 years of experience with Epicor Kinetic tools (BPM, BAQ/UBAQ, Client Customizations, Functions, Application Studio, DMT, Dashboards).
• 3–5 years of experience with SQL, C#/.NET/LINQ, Report Builder, SSMS, SSRS, and REST APIs.
• Experience with ERP implementations or Kinetic upgrades (Client to Browser).
• Must be able to work onsite in Menomonee Falls, WI three days per week.
