Salary: $88,000–$118,000

What you will do

• Deliver functional and technical D365 Business Central services to post-implementation SaaS clients.
• Triage, monitor, and resolve support tickets, coordinating with technical experts for complex issues.
• Architect and develop solutions including BC configurations and Marketplace Apps/extensions.
• Manage project work plans to ensure deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
• Create documentation and articles for the internal Knowledge Management System.
• Conduct onboarding assessments for new clients and monitor emerging Microsoft technologies.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States (implied by 401k, HSA, and US legal compliance).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of ERP consulting experience in a professional services firm.
• 3+ years of Microsoft Dynamics D365 Business Central experience.
• Proven ability to model business processes and translate requirements into application logic.
• Strong technical aptitude including experience with the development process and PTEs.
