Location: Must be based in the U.S. or Canada. Hybrid options available in Tampa, FL and Fargo, ND; otherwise remote. Mandatory 3-day in-person onboarding in Tampa, FL.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Business Central implementations from discovery to post-go-live support.
• Translate business needs into functional solutions leveraging core BC capabilities with minimal customization.
• Facilitate discovery sessions, workshops, and user training to ensure high client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with technical, development, and project management teams to deliver seamless solutions.
• Contribute to the evolution of delivery methodology and industry-specific solution templates.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. or Canadian citizen or permanent resident.
• Proven experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or NAV in a consulting environment.
• Strong understanding of core BC modules including financials, inventory, supply chain, or manufacturing.
• Excellent facilitation, documentation, and client relationship management skills.
• Comfortable working with extensions, integrations, and Power Platform components.
• Ability to travel up to 25% within the United States.

Nice to have

• Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics GP.
• Relevant industry certifications in Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
