What you will do

• Lead technical project deliveries, including code design reviews and performance optimization.
• Plan and execute technical project deliverables for Dynamics 365 F&SC and Power Platform.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, project managers, and business analysts to translate requirements into technical specifications.
• Act as a subject matter expert on Dynamics 365 architecture and mentor a team of consultants.
• Establish and maintain enterprise architecture best practices across technical and functional lines.
• Participate in pre-sales activities, including solution scoping and proposal development.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in technical architecture and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Minimum 12+ years of X++ development experience.
• Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 platform capabilities, Azure, and Power Platform.
• Experience as a Lead Developer in end-to-end customer implementations.
• Proficiency in C#, SQL Server, Data Management Framework, and integration patterns.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and able to travel up to 25%.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in Information Systems or related field.
• Dynamics 365 CE/CRM experience.
• Project Management experience.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications.
