What you will do

• Lead end-to-end D365 Business Central implementation engagements for enterprise clients.
• Facilitate stakeholder discussions to gather functional requirements and identify gaps.
• Design and configure software solutions, including customizations and integrations, specifically for manufacturing and distribution.
• Develop functional design documents and best-practice recommendations.
• Conduct client training workshops and provide operational support.
• Assist with R&D to stay ahead of market trends and prepare the team for client needs.

Requirements

• Must be based in the U.S. and available for 20% travel to client locations.
• 5+ years of ERP implementation experience, with at least 1 year in a professional services firm.
• Strong knowledge of accounting or finance principles.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Experience with manufacturing industry clients and the Business Central ISV ecosystem is preferred.
