Requirements

• Must be based in Minneapolis, Kansas City, or St. Louis.
• Proven experience in an HR Business Partner role, preferably within the retail industry.
• Experience in coaching leaders and managing complex employee relations.
• Strong understanding of HR compliance and performance management systems.
• Ability to translate business needs into actionable HR strategies.
