What you will do

• Serve as the lead HR partner for corporate and hospitality operations, providing business-focused guidance.
• Independently manage day-to-day HR functions, including performance management and workforce planning.
• Handle complex employee relations issues and conduct workplace investigations.
• Process and oversee multi-state payroll accurately and on time.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, specifically in California and New York.
• Partner cross-functionally with Finance and Operations to execute people initiatives.

Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including significant time as a Senior HRBP.
• Strong working knowledge of California and New York employment laws, including wage and hour regulations.
• Proven experience supporting both corporate and hourly/hospitality workforces.
• Experience managing multi-state payroll and using Rippling and Lattice.
• Highly autonomous with the ability to make decisions independently.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
