VP, Business & Government (SaaS): Leading the commercial strategy and P&L for the Business & Government sector with an accent on driving bookings, renewals, and ARR growth. Focus on orchestrating cross-functional teams across Sales, Product, and Marketing to execute a multi-year sector strategy and represent the business at the executive and board levels.

Location: Remote (US-based), with a preference for candidates in Salt Lake City, Boston, New York City, Austin, or Raleigh.

Salary: $275,000 – $300,000

What you will do

• Own the multi-year strategy and top-line performance for the Business & Government sector.
• Direct a cross-functional Operational Leadership Team including Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and Finance.
• Author and execute the annual BizGov Strategy Contract to align targets and resourcing.
• Represent the sector as the senior face to customers, partners, analysts, and the executive team.
• Partner with functional leaders to shape the product roadmap based on competitive signals and market needs.
• Optimize ROI by making data-driven investment decisions and reallocating resources to maximize performance.

Requirements

• 12+ years of commercial leadership experience, specifically at companies with $300M+ ARR.
• Proven experience as a General Manager with full P&L accountability.
• Deep domain expertise in workforce, government, or corporate markets.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams without solid-line authority.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to communicate effectively at the board level.
• Must be based in the United States and available for travel as required.
