Salary: $170,000 - $280,000 per year

What you will do

• Own the overall performance and operations of the Clinic Purchasing Platform.
• Lead and develop managers overseeing Account Management and Customer Experience teams.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to prioritize customer needs and drive initiatives.
• Gather customer and market feedback to inform commercial strategy and product direction.
• Review and guide executive-facing customer materials, including strategic plans and business reviews.
• Conduct regular business reviews to evaluate account health and identify risks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 8+ years of experience in account management or relationship-based sales.
• Proven experience managing other managers or leading teams through other leaders.
• Expertise in managing complex enterprise relationships.
• Strong project management skills and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Must be based in the USA; the company is unable to sponsor work visas.
