What you will do

• Own the long-term corporate development strategy in partnership with the CEO and CFO.
• Proactively source, evaluate, and prioritize acquisition and partnership opportunities.
• Lead the full deal lifecycle from initial outreach and valuation to diligence and closing.
• Monitor market trends and competitive dynamics to identify build vs. buy opportunities.
• Build and maintain senior-level relationships with investment banks, PE, and VC firms.
• Oversee M&A integration planning to ensure value capture and cultural alignment.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in corporate development, M&A, investment banking, PE, or VC.
• Strong understanding of Generative AI and Agentic Commerce.
• Proven track record of sourcing, structuring, and closing acquisitions.
• Strong financial acumen with the ability to build complex valuation models.
• Experience leading due diligence and integration in buy-side and sell-side contexts.
• Must be comfortable working in a remote-first environment distributed across time zones.
