Salary: $165,000 – $242,000 base

What you will do

• Stand up and scale the global deal desk practice, defining operating models, playbooks, and standards.
• Build, lead, and coach a worldwide team of deal architects and specialists across different regions.
• Partner with Commercial Legal, Revenue Accounting, and Finance Pricing to structure complex enterprise deals.
• Optimize pricing, terms, and economics for durable revenue across reserved-instance and consumption-based models.
• Own advanced approvals and pricing quality to balance market competitiveness with margin discipline.
• Orchestrate the complex quote-to-cash process from CPQ through booking.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in deal desk, sales operations, commercial strategy, or revenue operations.
• Strong command of pricing strategy, contract structuring, and revenue recognition principles.
• Fluency in public-company governance and SOX compliance frameworks.
• Proven success in building and scaling high-performing commercial teams across multiple geographies.
• U.S. person status or eligibility for export controlled information access is required.
• Experience in Cloud infrastructure, AI/ML, or SaaS is strongly preferred.
