Chief of Staff (Strategy/Operations): Partnering directly with the Founder to drive high-leverage strategic initiatives and organizational growth across a consumer products platform with an accent on operational excellence, AI implementation, and venture building. Focus on solving complex business problems, leading cross-functional transformation, and executing strategic decisions to scale the entire ecosystem.
Location: Fully remote
Compensation: $120,000–$260,000 USD total annual compensation

What you will do
- Drive company-wide strategic initiatives and organizational design.
- Implement AI solutions across business operations.
- Lead acquisition evaluation, due diligence, and venture incubation.
- Manage executive KPI dashboards and reporting to improve decision-making.
- Oversee executive recruiting and leadership hiring for portfolio companies.
- Partner with the Founder on special projects and cross-functional transformation.
Requirements
- 4-10 years of experience in top-tier strategy consulting, high-growth tech strategy, or private equity operations.
- Proven ability to thrive in ambiguity and solve complex business problems from first principles.
- Strong bias toward action with a focus on execution rather than just advising.
- Exceptional communication skills for working with senior executives and founders.
- Ability to learn new industries and business models exceptionally quickly.
- High standards for operational excellence and strategic thinking.
