What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and manage a multidisciplinary engineering team, handling performance reviews and career growth.
• Design and oversee robust backend applications and microservices using .NET Core.
• Optimize CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions.
• Architect scalable cloud solutions leveraging Azure PaaS and Terraform (IaC) with Kubernetes.
• Drive technical strategy and resolve architectural blockers for cross-functional initiatives.
• Maintain high code quality standards and comprehensive technical documentation.

Requirements

• Degree in Information Technology or an equivalent technical background.
• Proven experience in technical team leadership and managing agile processes.
• Strong proficiency in .NET Core and microservices design patterns.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, and Azure PaaS.
• Experience with ADO Pipelines and GitHub Actions.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Barcelona office.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with modern data platforms such as Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory, Databricks, or Data Lakes.
