What you will do

• Establish and maintain scientific relationships with oncology healthcare providers and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in South Texas.
• Deliver accurate, balanced, and clinically relevant education on oncology molecular diagnostics and clinical data.
• Identify and communicate field insights, including oncology treatment trends and unmet clinical needs.
• Respond to unsolicited medical inquiries in a timely, compliant, and scientifically rigorous manner.
• Coordinate clinical trial and research initiatives at academic institutions and regional study sites.
• Travel 60-70% across the territory for clinical engagement and conferences.

Requirements

• Advanced healthcare or scientific degree preferred (Ph.D., Pharm.D., M.D., D.N.P.); minimum of a Master's degree required.
• Must reside within the assigned territory (South Texas).
• Prior Medical Affairs or MSL experience in oncology or molecular diagnostics preferred.
• Ability to travel 60-70% of the time.
• Technical expertise to explain complex genetic testing data and clinical products to specialists.
