Associate Director Medical Science Liaison (Biopharma)

Location: Fully remote within the designated Southeast Florida region; must reside in the designated region. Frequent domestic and/or international travel of up to 60–80% is required.

What you will do

• Build and maintain scientific relationships with physicians, healthcare professionals, researchers, academic institutions, payers, and other healthcare organizations.
• Conduct scientific exchanges on disease areas, product information, research ideas, clinical data, and emerging therapies.
• Identify medical experts, consultants, investigators, and clinical trial sites in assigned therapeutic areas.
• Present hirify.global product and disease-state data and implement advisory boards and other scientific forums.
• Collect, synthesize, and communicate healthcare professional insights to support medical, clinical, and product planning.
• Support research and development programs, patient access initiatives, internal training, and Medical Affairs and Clinical Development plans.

Requirements

• Advanced degree such as PharmD, PhD, MD, DNP, NP, or PA.
• At least five years of relevant field medical experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Experience in rare or orphan diseases, pulmonary or respiratory diseases, infectious diseases, medical information, medical strategy, clinical management, or clinical trials.
• Excellent English communication skills, including scientific presentation, listening, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of the PhRMA Code, Sunshine Act, HIPAA, promotional regulations, and applicable healthcare laws.
• Strong understanding of the U.S. healthcare system and healthcare policy, with relationship-building, networking, conflict-resolution, and problem-solving skills.
