Location: Remote/Home-Based field position covering the Northeast United States, including New York, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Vermont, and Maine. Approximately 60% travel is required, and applicants must live near a major airport.
Salary: $160,000–$240,000 base pay annually for US-based candidates, with potential bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do
- Develop peer-to-peer relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare providers in hematology/oncology.
- Plan and execute territory activities aligned with US Medical Affairs strategy.
- Provide scientific exchange, clinical support, presentations, and medical education in healthcare and academic settings.
- Communicate clinical, research, and treatment insights to internal departments.
- Support advisory boards, medical congresses, speaker development, clinical trials, and sales training initiatives.
- Contribute to medical planning, local strategies, relevant budgets, and cross-functional Key Account Management activities.
Requirements
- Advanced degree such as PharmD, MD, or PhD with at least 3 years of experience in hematologic malignancies; alternatively, an RN, NP, CNP, PA, or equivalent license with a Master’s degree and at least 5 years of relevant experience.
- At least 2 years of experience as an MSL or in a comparable industry or clinical role.
- Strong ability to research, critically analyze, and communicate complex scientific and medical information.
- Excellent communication, presentation, planning, organization, networking, negotiation, and collaboration skills.
- Strong knowledge of hematologic malignancies and the ability to build trusted relationships with medical opinion leaders.
- Valid driver’s license, proximity to a major airport, willingness to travel approximately 60%, and excellent command of spoken English are required.
