What you will do

• Design and deliver enablement programs to accelerate onboarding and reduce time to ramp for non-technical sales teams.
• Develop 30/60/90-day onboarding plans including e-learning, in-person training, and assessments.
• Create sales enablement content, curricula, and tools based on deep knowledge of hirify.global solutions.
• Partner with Sales Leadership and Operations to track effectiveness metrics and provide insights for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional SMEs to gather materials and ensure training accuracy and relevance.
• Maintain and archive training resources to ensure they remain current and accessible.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Learning & Development, or Instructional Design.
• Experience supporting sales onboarding via virtual, in-person, and on-demand delivery methods.
• Familiarity with common sales processes and roles.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
