Associate Sales Engineer II (German)

Location: Home Office, Warsaw, Poland

Salary: PLN 133,700–194,810 annually, plus sales commission eligibility and applicable incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Support technical presentations, product demonstrations, discovery calls, and customer meetings.
• Develop proof-of-concepts and value demonstrations for hirify.global solutions.
• Gather customer requirements and map them to relevant offerings with pre-sales solution architects.
• Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and technical documentation requests.
• Use AI-enabled tools for technical discovery, demo preparation, solution design, environment analysis, and communicating AI-driven networking and security capabilities.
• Create solution diagrams and sales collateral, and enable partner technical sales teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role within a technology organization.
• Interest in networking, cybersecurity, or cloud technologies, with a basic understanding of DNS, DHCP, and IP addressing.
• Fluent English and fluent German.
• Practical fluency with AI-assisted tools for technical analysis, demo preparation, solution design, and customer discussions.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with hirify.global products or similar technologies.
• Experience with networking labs, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Python, or Bash.
