What you will do

• Lead large-scale cross-functional technical programs spanning Product, Engineering, Platform, Architecture, UX, Data, and Operations.
• Translate business strategy and product vision into structured execution plans, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
• Establish program operating mechanisms for roadmap management, dependency tracking, risk management, and release planning.
• Drive alignment across multiple product domains to achieve shared business and customer objectives.
• Implement governance practices using metrics, telemetry, readiness indicators, and outcome-based measurements.
• Manage executive-level communications to provide visibility into program health, risks, and business impact.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience leading large-scale technical programs within SaaS, cloud, or enterprise software organizations.
• Must be based in the USA.
• Proven success managing complex initiatives involving multiple engineering organizations and executive stakeholders.
• Strong technical acumen in cloud platforms, distributed systems, or AI-enabled products.
• Executive-level communication skills with the ability to create trusted narratives and decision frameworks.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical, business, or related field.

Nice to have

• Experience in tax, compliance, fintech, ERP, or other regulated software environments.
• Background in leading AI-first, automation, or platform modernization initiatives.
• Experience coaching other TPMs or developing scalable operating models.
• PMP, PgMP, cloud, or AI technical certifications.
• Familiarity with Agile, Lean, or SAFe delivery methodologies.
