Location: Hybrid (3 days in office) in Allen, TX or remote in approved US states (AZ, AR, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, IN, IA, MD, MI, MN, MO, NC, OH, OK, PA, SC, TN, TX, WA, VA)

Salary: $65k base + $40k variable ($105k OTE)

What you will do

• Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing mid-market territories.
• Lead consultative sales opportunities and manage a pipeline of qualified leads to meet or exceed quotas.
• Conduct customized platform demonstrations to guide prospects through the buyer's journey.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical implementation challenges across various environments.
• Present technical solutions to remove objections and evoke confidence in the technology infrastructure.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in SaaS Sales, Broadcast/Production Technology, or the religious non-profit sector.
• Proven track record of achieving sales quotas and managing performance metrics.
• Proficiency with CRM software.
• Must be based in Allen, TX (for hybrid) or one of the approved remote states: AZ, AR, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, IN, IA, MD, MI, MN, MO, NC, OH, OK, PA, SC, TN, TX, WA, VA.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
